The hotel has longstanding relationships to ensure access to the country’s highest-quality food and beverage products and provide you with the most responsibly produced options for your event. The hotel is proud to be 95 per cent Ocean Wise by purchasing from responsible fisheries, a part of the 100KM Foods Inc. group, a member of the Ontario Culinary Tourism Alliance, and be certified by Feast On of Ontario. We are also fortunate to have a working rooftop garden that allows our culinary team to utilize what’s harvested in our dining venues. This urban oasis is also home to our apiary where we house seven working hives that produce 350-400lbs of honey a year, used as sweet treats and gifts for special guests throughout the year. We continue to recognize quality wines from Ontario and across Canada, and recently received the VQA Award of Excellence. With the recent addition of Rus Yessenov, Director of Mixology, the breadth of our beverage program has been enhanced to include casual beer-tasting dinners and elegant champagne offerings while also including an array of premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.
